THE GUARANTEED NUMBER OF GUESTS ATTENDING YOUR EVENT IS REQUIRED 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE.

THE BUYOUT PRICE GOES TOWARDS YOUR TOTAL INVOICE ON FOOD AND BEVERAGES ACCRUED AT YOUR EVENT WITHOUT TAXES OR GRATUITIES. IF THERE IS A MONETARY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BUYOUT COST AND THE TOTAL INVOICE - IT WILL APPEAR AS AN EVENT FEE ON YOUR FINAL BILL.

THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL LABOUR RATES FOR THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT if the event is on-site.
CANCELLATION POLICY
YOUR CONTRACT MAY BE TERMINATED WITH A FORMAL WRITTEN NOTICE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF SIGNING YOUR CONTRACT. ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED MORE THAN 15 DAYS AFTER SIGNING.
GRATUITY
ALL EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% GRATUITY APPLIED TO YOUR TOTAL INVOICE.
